Coast to Coast Review – Altocumulus

It was indeed my fortune to work with Lucette Bourdin during 2010 and our collaboration Coast to Coast [earman163] was the result.

As many in the ambient music world noted, February 2012 was the first anniversary of Lucette’s passing.

Recently, I found a review of Coast to Coast written by long-time StillStream resident and friend Altocumulus at her website.

…a soundtrack which is full of mystery and half-hidden imagery, all tied together by the sound of a train whistle (surely one of the most evocative sounds of our civilization) and the smooth driving rhythm of the train’s passage on the singing rails…
